Yahoo! Mail acknowledges spacing issues

We’ve posted about recent changes in paragraph spacing that many people have noticed in Yahoo! Mail. An update on the Yahoo! Mail blog confirms they are aware of some problems.
Just a quick update for those of you concerned about the spacing in HTML emails. Our engineers have sleuthed out the problem, and a fix will be rolling out in the coming weeks.
Thanks to the Yahoo! team for being open about these issues and for actively working on them — a model which other email client providers would do well to follow.

We also have a great experiance with the yahoo crew. They have been doing this for a long time, and its visible.
Yahoo is trying to regain her peace of the pie in the Email market after being beaten by Gmail, we ,as consumers can only enjoy for now.
Is there a list anywhere highlighting all the indiviudal peculiarities experienced across multiple mail clients? The spacing issue mentioned above is one I haven’t even noticed yet! I keep getting strange Gmail glitches just now and seem to be fixated on these.
Yeah. Step by step there´s developing something. Its good that the yahoo-team has an open ear...and sure its good to go new ways for the industry. Time changes....

I signed up for a yahoo mail account a couple of days ago after using gmail for about 2 years now. Looks much better than gmail.

Thank you to everyone working on the email standards project. It is October 7, 2009 and Yahoo still has not fixed the HTML paragraph spacing problem. Do they really deserve an “excellent” rating for this? This issue has been completely forgotten on Yahoo Mail blog by Ryan. I hope someone here will read this and contact Yahoo on a fix.
Now it’s November, and STILL no fix to this spacing issue. It’s awfully frustrating.
